In honor of the 100th anniversary of the Order of the Arrow, Arrowmen will be given the opportunity to earn the Arrowmen Service Award (ASA). The purpose of the Arrowmen Service Award is to encourage Arrowmen to recommit themselves to the ideals of the Order, strengthen their commitments to the council, and take part in the 100th anniversary celebration.
Arrowmen who complete the requirements will receive a special patch that can officially be worn on the OA sash. Throughout history, only two other patches, have been allowed to be officially worn on the OA sash (50th Anniversary Award, 60th Anniversary Bicentennial Award).
Arrowmen may begin working toward the ASA from July 16, 2014 to December 30, 2015. Please use the following document provided by national to keep track of your progress. Upon completing a requirement, please verify and have it signed off by either a lodge or chapter adviser.
